Our Mission

RosterSure was built to solve a single, expensive problem: The “Hidden Risk” on Ontario construction sites.

We believe that General Contractors shouldn’t have to choose between drowning in spreadsheets or facing six-figure fines from the Ministry of Labour. Our mission is to make subcontractor compliance—WSIB clearance and Insurance (COI) verification—automatic, visible, and audit-proof.

Why We Built This

Every General Contractor knows the drill: you collect documents at the start of a project, save them to a folder, and hope they stay valid.

But construction projects run for months, and compliance changes overnight.

• WSIB statuses flip due to missed premiums.
• Insurance policies expire while the sub is still on site.
• Liability rolls uphill to you, the GC.

We realized that existing project management tools weren’t built to track these expiry dates or refresh WSIB snapshots automatically. So, we built RosterSure to be the “Single Source of Truth” for compliance.
