Frequently Asked Questions#
Do I need a credit card to start the trial? It depends on the plan. The Starter plan trial is completely card-free. For Pro and Business trials, we require a payment method to verify your account, but you won’t be charged until the 30-day trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time? Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel instantly from your billing portal.
What counts as “Active”? We only charge for what you use today. You can archive old subcontractors and completed projects at any time to free up space. Archived data is free to keep for your records.
- Archiving a subcontractor will remove them from the main roster and all project assignments. This action can be undone from the “View Archived” page.
- Note: Restoring archived projects is not available on the Starter plan.
